Trezor® Wallet is a trusted hardware-based cryptocurrency storage system used to safeguard digital assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other tokens. Since it operates offline, it protects your private keys from malware, phishing, and cyberattacks. To get started for the first time, visit trezor.io/start and follow the device setup guide.
To log in, download and open the Trezor® Suite App or use the desktop/web interface. Connect your Trezor® Hardware Wallet using a USB cable. The device will prompt you to enter your PIN and approve access. Once verified, your dashboard will display balances, transactions, and security options.
Trezor® Suite Download: Available for Windows, macOS, and Linux on the official site.
Trezor® Bridge Download: Required for browser connectivity when using the web version of Trezor® Suite. This software enables secure communication between your device and computer.
If you've lost access or reset your device, use your recovery seed (12, 18, or 24 words) during setup to restore your wallet. For a Trezor® 2FA reset, go to Settings > Security in the Suite App. If additional help is needed, navigate to the official Trezor® Help Center.

This can be due to driver issues or missing Trezor® Bridge. Reinstall the Bridge and restart the Suite App.
